Founder David Bosley, who is now retired, and Master's Ranch are dedicated to bringing healing and restoration to troubled young people and their families, and to providing them with the resources, friendship, and faith-based counseling they need to get back on their feet and find a new direction for their lives.

Since David Bosley founded Master's Ranch Christian Academy and worked with at-risk kids with a wide range of anger and behavioral issues more than 20 years ago, he has helped them find the hope and confidence they need to find a better way to live.
Master's Ranch is a place for young people to get help in an informal but Christian way. They use a proven and effective method that encourages sharing and makes positive change a lot easier.
Assuring People that Work Is Important
Master's Ranch Christian Academy helps at-risk kids build their self-esteem and confidence by teaching them about hard work and personal responsibility by caring for dogs, pigs, and cattle on a real farm. Working directly with animals also has a very important therapeutic benefit, especially in the areas of anger management and the promotion of healing through emotional attachment.
In addition, Master's Ranch has a very vocational program that teaches job skills that can be used in the real world. Boys in the Master's Ranch program learn valuable skills in wood, metal, cement, electrical, plumbing, welding, and the culinary arts. These skills help them have a sense of purpose and confidence that lasts their whole lives.
Getting good grades and being a good person
Military-style organization and discipline are used at Master's Ranch Christian Academy to teach kids about trust, privilege, responsibility, and respect for authority. Attendees have more confidence, focus, and purpose when there is a good infrastructure in place. They can then go back to their lives as responsible men of God.
